Mr. Glenn Symington
2nd Degree Black Sash
1st degree IAKSA Belt Black
It's a long time past since I began training Lau Gar. In that time I have been able to express many changes in my training attitude, through personal fitness and confidence to competition, traditional kung fu and internal training for good health and for the devastating reality that is a formidable combat art. When I look at what other martial arts are available I feel fortunate to have made the decision that I did, that is to be part of a true style which is not afraid of change, embraces the future an honours the past.
Mr. Bruce Rutter-Parr
Over 20 years experience of the Martial Arts, mainly Lau Gar.
Bruce has a 1st 4 Sport Coaching certificate from the Martial Arts Coaching Foundation, is CRB checked and has first aid at work training. Bruce has been working within the SJN Academy for 4years, training many students along the
way.

"After studying Martial Arts for quite some time I have come to the conclusion that it's not the style but the Instructor and the students willingness to learn that makes a good Martial Artist.
I am very pleased to be training in such an excellent academy. I have seen vast improvements in myself due to the friendly and professional guidance of the instructors at this school."
