Welcome....
Id like to welcome you all to the Hereford and Worcester official website
for the British Kung Fu Association and The Professional Kickboxing
Association.
The main aim of the site is to give you, the prospective student an incite
into legitimate martial arts. 100% no gimmicks, myths or bull!
We will endeavour to provide you with information about quality instruction
in the respected martial art of Lau Gar Kung Fu and the martial sport of
P.K.A Kickboxing.
The news section will be where current members can keep track of what is
happening, be it gradings, courses or competitions.

PKA and BKFA Licences
Dear Student,
We will be checking everyone licences for Kung Fu and Kickboxing can you make sure you bring them everytime you come to class.
If your licence has expired, re-new it asap. We have gradings coming up there will be no excuse, if your licence is out of date you will not be eligible to grade.

IDC Training 2010
If you would like to learn about how you can make your training helpful to others, gain more confidence in your understanding of the syllabi or train to become a member of our teacher training team; join us on our IDC training program today! We will guide you through your graduations as you build confidence and ability on this course.
We are looking for motivated, Keen and reliable team members who would like to take their training to the limit. You don't need to be a great fighter, a good technician or the fittest student, these will improve faster on the IDC. You need to be reliable and willing to help out in your club; from there, we can keep you informed and give you additional training opportunities that will set you on the road to become an instructor in your own right with amateur, semi professional or professional opportunities and positions to follow!
